Research Interests

I like to think I am a Cell Biologist with a keen eye for Biochemistry. Overall, my research interest is understanding inter-organelle communications, and how their complex interplay determines cell fate. Currently, my work is focused on studying the physiological functions of Fis1-mediated mitochondrial dynamics in cellular homeostasis.
