Bilingual Family Outreach Specialist (Social Worker)

Under the direction and in collaboration with a faculty lead and program manager, this licensed clinician鈥檚 primary role will be conducting outreach to families in Milwaukee County who have lost someone to overdose and supporting the work of nonfatal overdose response teams in Milwaukee County with a particular focus on individuals who identify as Hispanic.

Registered Nurse

The Department of Plastic Surgery is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care and provide health education to patients and their families.

Sr. Reimbursement Manager

The Sr. Reimbursement Manager collaborates with Department Administration, Providers, Clinical Practice Services (CPS) Billing and Collection staff, and related Children’s and Froedtert clinics and ancillary areas to improve processes and maximize collections for the assigned Clinical Department Specialties, within regulatory constraints. Manages claims’ matters related to front-end and back-end revenue cycle processes such as patient registration, managed care referrals/ prior authorizations, charge capture, medical record documentation, coding and billing, claims adjudication and accounts receivable (AR) follow-up for payment and denial resolution. 
 

Clinical Documentation Specialist

The Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) enhances the accuracy and completeness of provider-based clinical documentation, working with healthcare teams to ensure proper reflection of patient acuity, severity of illness, and services rendered, while supporting appropriate reimbursement and accurate clinical reporting, all with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Coding Specialist IV

As a Coding Specialist IV in the Clinical Practice Services department, you will provide expert coding, documentation, and billing support, oversee team operations, train staff, resolve charge capture and reimbursement issues, and act as a supervisor in the absence of leadership, all while working in a hybrid role (95% remote, 5% onsite).
