Jennifer is a board certified family nurse practitioner who enjoys providing compassionate and evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. She strives to build relationships with patients and collaborate with them to find an individualized health plan that fits their specific needs. Jennifer is passionate about advocating for her patients and providing the necessary tools and education to live their healthiest lives.
