Individualized experience for each resident including:

• Guidance in selecting core electives that will prepare the resident for their chosen subspecialty
• Provides further exposure to subspecialty fields with unique elective experiences
  
  • Examples include NICU procedures elective, transport medicine elective, toxicology elective
• Flexibility to allow for a change of career plans
• Mentoring targeted to the resident鈥檚 area of interest
• Encourages participation in scholarly activity
  
  • Research elective available to provide resident with dedicated time for scholarship
• Provides support for residents as they navigate the fellowship application process
• Optional administrative/educational development experience
