Heidi Evita Moore is the senior director of diversity, inclusion, and belonging at Amgen, a global biotech organization. Heidi has over twenty years of experience as a diversity, equity, inclusion,
allyship and belonging practitioner leader who develops, drives, and delivers business strategies through diversity, inclusion, and belonging leadership competencies to elevate communications, community engagement, health equity, human resources, leadership development, marketing, operations, organizational development, and sales plans, goals, and objectives.
Heidi has worked in academia, biotechnology, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, information technology, insurance, manufacturing, and retail industries, serving business-to-business, consumer goods, consumer services, and durable goods sectors.
Heidi’s contributions have made an impact across multiple global, national, and regional Fortune 500, Forbes 100, non-profit organizations, and communities across the United States and in countries around the world.
Heidi serves on the boards of multiple community and professional organizations. She is the proud mother of four and a native resident of Milwaukee, WI.
