Growing up in a family of nurses, I learned early-on the importance of good bedside manner and clear communication. Each patient is unique, and the most successful physicians are those that listen first and talk second. I start each day remembering that it is a privilege to take care of people in their most vulnerable moments.

Biography
Dr. Krucoff is a Wisconsin-native, having grown up in a small farm town before completing her undergraduate degree at UW-Madison. Dr. Krucoff then earned her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University where she finished at the top of her class, leading to her induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. After this, she completed her plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Duke University during which time she earned several research and teaching awards. She then moved to San Francisco and completed the hand and microsurgery fellowship at the Buncke Medical Clinic, considered by many to be the birthplace of microsurgery. While at the Buncke Medical Clinic, Dr. Krucoff learned cutting-edge techniques in lymphatic surgery and gender-affirming surgery. She is honored to bring her skill-set back to Wisconsin to serve the community she grew up in.
