Kelsey Nolden, Biochemistry Graduate Student, Wins Award at National MD-PhD Student Conference
Kelsey Nolden, fourth year graduate student and MD-PhD candidate in the Blake Hill lab in the Department of Biochemistry, won best oral presentation in the Cellular and Molecular Biology session at the 37th Annual MD-PhD National Student Conference. Her talk entitled "A novel Fis1 inhibitor reverses diabetic endothelial dysfunction in human resistance arteries" highlighted the ongoing collaborative work between the Hill and Widlansky (ӰԺ Cardiovascular Center) laboratories.
