Funded by the American Heart Association, this program provides mentored summer experiences in cardiovascular research and biomedical career preparation to undergraduates from disadvantaged backgrounds including individuals who belong to racial/ethnic minorities and/or who identify as LGBTQ+ of any race or ethnicity.

Supported by the NIH, this program provides mentored summer experiences in cardiovascular research and biomedical career preparation for undergraduates who belong to underrepresented groups in science and medicine including individuals who belong to racial/ethnic minorities, Hmong, who are differently-abled of any race or ethnicity, and/or who come from a disadvantaged background of any race or ethnicity.
