Our Program
APP fellowships are one pathway for APP Transition to Practice. The program’s foundation is the APP Phased Onboarding structure, which outlines milestones and education. The program aligns with nationwide best practices in postgraduate APP Transition to Practice and has earned membership in the Association of Postgraduate PA Programs and voting members in the Association of Postgraduate APRN Programs. The APP fellowship programs are currently not accredited.

Clinical Experience & Education
Education
APP fellowships and NP residency have innovative 12-month curriculum composed of in-person didactics, online classrooms, simulation, proctored procedures (program specific) and mentored clinical experiences. The program’s primary learning method is hands-on, mentored, bedside clinical education. Clinical and professional development experiences and didactics are integrated to support a complete transition to practice.
