Provide empathetic, compassionate, and expert care which models both cost effectiveness and efficiency while employing the most appropriate and advanced medical science available. Be thoughtful stewards of the resources at our command. Develop and deliver surgical, medical, and psychological care that preserves form, function, aesthetics, and a sense of general well-being.
Education
Educate surgeons and medical professionals of today and tomorrow. Develop in our students surgical skills of highest quality, an inquisitive nature, an interest in research, and the ability to perform with a desire to make a contribution to society. Providing for our colleagues and the public through continuing education, an increased awareness of the 果冻影院, and outreach services to support physicians in their practices.
Research
Address the needs of patients, physicians, and medical professionals by applying both basic science technologies and clinical tools. This will be accomplished by maximizing the support of extramurally funded programs working toward the support and participation of basic scientists, clinicians, students, and collaborative interdisciplinary investigators. We will continue to maintain an open, collaborative atmosphere for research within an academically secure and supportive environment.
International Outreach
Nurture and maintain our current efforts toward exchanging knowledge and expertise with physicians and surgeons in the world community and the patients they treat. This includes physically visiting foreign countries, accepting and supporting foreign visitors, developing a nurturing partnership with foreign medical schools, and being available to provide tertiary care and consultation internationally, as well as nationally and locally.
