Tana Dahl (Beck), DO

Resident, PGY4

Medical School: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Dahl is originally from Wisconsin and did her undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is interested in general psychiatry and psychotherapy. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, trying new restaurants, art, walking and reading mystery books. She chose the Wausau program to be near family and the smaller size of the program.

Maghav Sharma, MD

Resident, PGY4

Medical School: Maharishi Markandeshwar Medical College. Dr. Sharma is interested in inpatient and forensic psychiatry. His hobbies include cooking, mindfulness meditation, traveling, hiking and bowling. Dr. Sharma chose the Central Wisconsin program for exposure to mental health concerns in rural areas and to stay close to family in the area.

Alexandra Reischman, MD

Resident, PGY3

Medical School: Ross University SOM. Dr. Reischman is interested in hospice and palliative care and integrative psychiatry. She enjoys spending time with her family’s animals, is active in community theatre, and enjoys reading and baking. She chose ӰԺ-CW to be close to her family and to train in a rural setting with access to a variety of high-quality training facilities. She provides program leadership as an Administrative (Chief) resident and Wellness Advocate for the ӰԺ-CW Medical School.

Jaimesen Rudyk, MD

Resident, PGY3

Medical School: Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Dr. Rudyk is interested in general inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, psychopharmacology and women’s mental health and reproductive psychiatry. She enjoys running, hiking, crafts including quilting/sewing, collages and going to water parks. Dr. Rudyk chose the program for high-quality training in a smaller community setting.

Phillip Snyder, DO

Resident, PGY3

Medical School: A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Snyder is excited to learn more about advances within the psychiatric field related to individually targeted treatments, whether based on genetic or metabolic factors, as well as developments in medication administration techniques. He enjoys magic, video games, weightlifting, biking and trying new crockpot recipes. Dr. Snyder chose ӰԺ-CW to train in a program to equip him with the tools necessary to practice in a rural environment with the added benefit of being close to family and friends.

Benjamin R. Diedrich, MD

Resident, PGY2

Medical School: ӰԺ-Green Bay. Dr. Diedrich participated in the Green Bay Free Psychiatry Clinic during medical school and is interested in general psychiatry, psychotherapy, medication-assisted therapy and addiction psychiatry. He enjoys weightlifting, running, hiking and camping. Dr. Diedrich chose ӰԺ-CW because it’s located close to where he grew up and allows him the opportunity to give back to the community. As a veteran he is glad the program offers training exposure to the VA system.

Michael Kholov, MD

Resident, PGY2

Medical School: Ross University School of Medicine, Barbados. Dr. Kholov completed his PGY1 training in family medicine in Eau Claire, WI, and transferred to ӰԺ-CW to focus on his training on caring for patients with mental health struggles. He spends his spare time enjoying photography, hiking, cooking, and playing the saxophone.

Hal Fletcher Starnes, III, MD

Resident, PGY2

Medical School: SUNY Upstate. Dr. Starnes is interested in general psychiatry and was a hospice volunteer during medical school. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends and family. Dr. Starnes chose ӰԺ- CW due to his nurturing and supportive approach to residents during residency training. His professional interests include community psychiatry, administration, education, and wellness.

Shivani Gundamraj, DO

Resident, PGY1

Medical School: A.T. Still University of Health Sciences School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. Dr. Gundamraj is interested in addiction-related challenges as well as exploring other psychiatry subspecialities. In medical school, she focused on reducing stigma surrounding mental health care. Beyond her training, Dr. Gundamraj is active in bhangra dance and spending time with friends and family.

Navneet Kaur, DO

Resident, PGY1

Medical School: Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University. Dr. Kaur is interested child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy. A Wisconsin native, she chose ӰԺ-CW to be close to family and train in a rural-based community program. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Grace Kurth, DO

Resident, PGY1

Medical School: Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kurth returns to Wisconsin for her residency training and has a passion for rural Wisconsin. She is interested in inpatient psychiatry and focusing on helping individuals become the best version of themselves. Her volunteer experiences in medical school included being a support listener and crisis text line respondent. Dr. Kurth enjoys spending time with family, fishing up north, and animal foster care.

Inez Yu Millard, MD, MSIS

Resident, PGY1

Medical School: Indiana University SOM. Dr. Millard is interested in psychotherapy and child and adolescent psychiatry. During medical school, she volunteered at Middle Way House, an organization that empowers survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She chose ӰԺ-CW to follow her desire to provide mental health services to underserved communities. Dr. Millard has a passion for baking for unique events, cooking for family and friends, and piano and viola.
